Lotus TILLING

imageTILLING is a reverse genetics approach in which large populations of EMS-mutagenised indiduals are screened for point mutations in genes of interest. In collaboration with Trevor Wang at the John Innes Institute, Norwich, UK, we have established a TILLING facility for the model legume Lotus japonicus. The service can be accessed through the Lotus TILLING web-page.
